Các sản phẩm đã mua sẽ không được hoàn tiền.

GLAMDOLL hỗ trợ đổi sang sản phẩm khác nếu đơn hàng đáp ứng các điều kiện dưới đây.

1/ THỜI GIAN ĐỔI HÀNG

 • Trong nước: 07 ngày kể từ ngày nhận hàng (thời gian này đã bao gồm thời gian đơn hàng đã được gửi trả lại Glamdoll).

• Sau khi nhận được hàng đổi, GLAMDOLL sẽ kiểm tra và phản hồi trong thời gian sớm nhất.

• Giá trị đổi hàng có hiệu lực tối đa 02 tháng kể từ ngày mua. Sau thời gian này, đơn hàng sẽ hết hiệu lực và không được hoàn tiền.

2/ ĐIỀU KIỆN ĐỐI HÀNG

• Không có mùi lạ, vết bẩn hoặc hư hỏng.

• Sản phẩm còn nguyên tem nhãn.

• Chưa qua sử dụng, giặt ủi hoặc chỉnh sửa.

3/ CÁCH THỨC ĐỔI HÀNG

• Vui lòng cung cấp hóa đơn hoặc thông tin mua hàng (số điện thoại/Facebook) đặt hàng.

• Hàng đổi phải được đóng cần thận để tránh sản phẩm bị hư hại trong quá trình vận chuyển. Nếu nhận hàng bị hư hại, GLAMDOLL rất tiếc không thể giải quyết đổi sản phẩm.

• Quý Khách thanh toán chi phí vận chuyển cho cả hai chiều giao nhận.

• Mỗi đơn hàng chỉ hỗ trợ đổi 01 lần.

• Không hoàn lại phần chênh lệch (nếu có).

• Nếu sản phẩm cần đổi đã hết hàng, Quý Khách vui lòng chọn sản phẩm khác.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, EMS, or other shipping partners. Estimated delivery time: 7-15 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance process.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

PRE-ORDER & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Production time for pre-order or made-to-order items will be stated on the product page. If your order contains both ready-to-ship and pre-order items, all items will be shipped together once production is completed.

TAXES & DUTIES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

SHIPPING DELAYS & DAMAGES

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs procedures, weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the package and products received so we can assist you.
